Beginning the 2020-21 school year, Mountain View will begin implementing a Card & Mobile Payment Only ticketing policy at all athletic events.

Fans will be able to purchase tickets online through the Mountain View GoFan Page or by presenting a debit/credit card (or mobile payment option) at the ticket gate.

The new ticketing policy allows Mountain View to operate a more efficient and professional ticket gate, while creating an enhanced fan experience. Purchasing tickets online, allows fans to easily access and share tickets (email or text) without standing in line. Fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets online prior to reaching the facility.

A new ticket gate setup will help promote social distancing, while limiting person-to-person contact and the physical exchange of cash.

Reminders regarding GoFan

• When purchasing tickets on the App or website make sure to purchase for the correct game date and location
• Need to leave a ticket for another person? All tickets can be transferred using from within GoFan App/Website. Each ticket can only be redeemed once and the ticket will indicate the time it was redeemed.
• No contact enrouraged! Mobile ticket holders should be prepared to show and validate thier own ticket on thier mobile device in front of the ticket booth attendant.
• Multiple tickets/people? All family members can use the same account on different phones or tickets can be transferred by text or email. You may also show and validate all tickets using a single device if preferred. Again each ticket can only be redeemed once.
